Dan Loh is a former Associated Press staff photographer and recipient of a Pulitzer Prize for a photo of White House intern Monica Lewinsky and her attorney William Ginsberg. His prize-winning photo is published in Moments: The Pulitzer Prize Winning Photographs and Capture the Moment: The Pulitzer Prize Photographs. Dan also contributed to AP's September 11 photographic coverage of the attacks at the World Trade Center with his smoldering Lower Manhattan skyline photograph. The photograph is often included in various collections representing one of the memorable images from the 9/11 attacks. The image is included in the 2021 Netflix Documentary Series, Turning Point: 9/11 and the War on Terror. After the AP, Dan spent two decades in New York as a photographer specializing in corporate, editorial, and weddings, in conjunction with teaching college-level photography. Early in his career, Dan was invited to attend the Eddie Adams Workshop, for aspiring photojournalists. Dan is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology's College of Art and Design, and received his MFA from New Jersey City University. Dan is currently the College Photographer at Dickinson College.
